Lotus Movement Arts is proud to bring JourneyDance™ to our community! Set to the rhythms of alive world music, JourneyDance™ is a conscious dance practice that allows for free expression, mindfulness, and healing through non-performance-oriented dance. No choreography to remember. No prior dance experience necessary. Leave all judgments at that door as you tap into your inner self-expression during this movement meditation experience!

The session is led through gentle verbal cues from certified facilitator, Mark Ensweiler. Mark has decades of experience in practicing and teaching movement and meditative techniques.

Personal warm-up begins at 9:30 AM. Session begins at 10 AM.
